All terms used in this Statement have the same meaning defined in the End User License Agreement (EULA) under the clause "Definitions".

Please carefully read the terms of this Statement, as well as all documents referred to in this Statement, before accepting it. If the Software is used within a legal entity or on the Computer used by several individuals, You must ensure that they have understood and accepted the conditions of this Statement before data processing begins.

Data Protection and Processing

The Rightholder handles the data it receives from the End User under this Statement in accordance with the Rightholder's Privacy Policy published at: https://www.kaspersky.com/Products-and-Services-Privacy-Policy.

Purposes of Data Processing

The Rightholder processes data for marketing purposes in accordance with this Statement in order:

– To improve the quality, appearance, and performance of the Rightholder's Software, products, services, and infrastructure by analyzing users' interactions, experience, and satisfaction;

– To offer You security solutions that best match Your needs;

– To provide You with the relevant content and advertisements;

– To create categories of groups of users based on certain parameters in order to provide relevant information to these groups about maintaining security level, marketing offers, and promotional materials, which relates to the Rightholder's products, solutions, and services.

– To create anonymized reports on use of the Software's functionality as well as on Software distribution and its licensing.

Processed Data

Certain data which is processed under this Statement could be considered personal data according to laws of some countries. With Your consent, the following data will be automatically sent on a regular basis to the Rightholder under this Statement:

– Information about the child's web activity: categories assigned to an untrusted web address that was accessed by child; domain part of the URL address of the untrusted web page opened by child; accessed address of the web service (URL, IP).

– Information about the user's activity: indicator of interactive mode; ID of the control in the user interface; ID of the displayed window; time of sending statistics about using application GUI.

– Information about the user's device: device ID.

– Information about the license: license data for user group identification based on additional settings of the subscription license; type of Software license used.

– Information about a child's search queries: URL address of child's search query; search engine used by child; categories assigned to a child's search request; search query length; accessed address of the web service (URL, IP).

– Information about the application: current status of the Software extension; Software language ID; full version of the Software; Software update ID; Software ID; the Software install type; Software localization; type of installed Software.

– Information about the operating system: OS country code; OS version, OS build number, OS update number, OS edition, extended information about the OS edition; OS ID; OS Service Pack version; Device Guard (windows) enablement status; operating system bit version; version of the operating system installed on the user's computer.

– Information about installation of the application: installation date and time for the Software; Software installation ID (PCID).

– Information about installed apps: age restrictions assigned to a software used by child; name of a bundle that includes a software used by child; name of a software used by child; duration of a software usage by child; vendor of a software used by child; file name of a software used by child; categories assigned to an application used by child in the Software; path to file of a software used by child; list of third-party application identifiers on user device; a web-browser usage mode; browser type; browser version.

– Information about Web-Portal user account: Web-Portal account ID.

– Other technical information: text of the error message; name of the script, execution of which was interrupted by an error; list of functions of the call stack where the error has occurred; name of the Software module that made a code injection; number of the character in the script string where the error has occurred; number of the string in the script where the error has occurred.

It is entirely Your choice to automatically send data to the Rightholder on a regular basis under this Statement. You can withdraw Your consent at any time in the settings of the Software as described in the User Manual.
